Adorable Pink Keyboard and Mouse Review (It Has Typewriter Keys)

Photo Source: Author Photo Source: Amazon While FD's pink wireless keyboard and mouse are adorable and definitely aesthetic, the set has some serious issues. Here's my review of Amazon's pink MoMoOne Wireless Keyboard and Mouse combo. Note: this pink keyboard and mouse set is currently sold out, but the blue and white version is available. I ended up not loving this product, and bought this replacement pink keyboard instead. If you are looking for a keyboard and mouse combo that is stylish and functional, the FD Wireless Keyboard Mouse Combos Set is the perfect option. This set is designed for both PC and Mac users. The keyboard has a slim design that makes it easy to take with you on the go, and the mouse has an ergonomic design that provides extra comfort. Plus, this keyboard and mouse combo set is very affordable at $35. Aesthetics The aesthetic light pink color on both the keyboard and mouse is adorable. I love it. Honestly, if the keyboard and mouse worked as well

How Daily Journaling Can Benefit Your Physical Health

Benefits of Daily Journaling - text over a photo of a woman journaling in a park.

As a teenager, I kept an intensely guarded journal under my bed. My journal held not only my thoughts, beliefs, and experiences, but also my hopes and dreams.

These journals were our life vests in many ways. They allowed us to keep ourselves afloat and handle our typical adolescent feelings. They were a source of comfort for us as well as a location where we could freely express ourselves without being criticized or ridiculed.

We probably stopped writing in those diaries as we matured, allowing them to gather dust beneath our beds in our childhood rooms. We progressed through school, careers, and other things while our diaries remained behind. These journals were a means for us to make sense of the world as children; as we got older, the world became more clear.

Then adulthood happened. I stopped writing in my journal because I didn't have time, and felt overwhelmed by the idea. I felt stuck in my own head, unable to make sense of things. This could easily cause negative habits to spiral. A journal could be just that thing to bring some balance back into our adult lives.

The Mental and Physical Benefits of Journaling

Putting our sentiments into words may seem antiquated, as though we were children again and didn't know how or what to feel – but it can still be beneficial to us as adults. The advantages of writing never lose their potency, no matter our age. It's a wonderful outlet.

Keeping a diary may assist in managing anxiety, reducing stress, and dealing with depression. Putting feelings on paper, just like when we were younger, can help to understand tough emotions and organize our thoughts.

Journaling may assist in prioritizing difficulties and fears, keeping track of symptoms, and providing a location to practice positive self-talk and self-love. They can also assist you in identifying any harmful actions that you may be engaging in.

Journaling can help us recognize who we are as people and what makes us tick. It's beneficial for our mental health as well as our physical health. According to studies, writing down ideas or feelings aids our physical health immensely. Stress causes harm to our body, and by organizing our thoughts and simply feeling heard, even if only by a journal, beneficial brain chemicals are released.

It's been shown that writing down thoughts can help you avoid catching a cold. It is also beneficial to your health in the form of lessening your chance of suffering from sickness and possibly fighting diseases such as asthma, AIDS, and cancer. Of course, journaling can't cure cancer alone, but it's been shown to be helpful when done in parallel with other treatments.

Make Journaling Part of Your Day

Many strategies exist for making journaling simple and accessible at any time of day. Make an effort to write every day, setting aside time in the morning or evening to focus on recording your ideas. Carry a pen and notepad with you so that you may jot down your thoughts when away from home. You'll be able to record them as soon

Write freely in your journal - it does not have to follow any particular format. You don't have to worry about spelling, grammar, or punctuation when writing in a diary. Simply be yourself and let the words flow out. Only focus on expressing your thoughts and keeping your journal private if you wish for it to be so. Having this place where

Don't think that journaling is only for preteens. A diary may still help us to understand who we are, how we function, and how we can be better people as adults. It might be a safe haven where we can cope with our mental illness.

The next time that life starts to feel overwhelming, grab a notepad and just write.
