Belly Dancing Workout

One of the biggest downfalls that I've seen with the journey to becoming healthier, is boredom.  Running on a treadmill is only entertaining for so long, and running with the TV on tends to reduce your intensity.

The best way to beat this rut, is to regularly try new routines.  Changing up a workout routine helps to work out all of your muscles, and can increase low motivation.  

So, if you're in need of a new workout try belly dancing.  It's an easy workout that can have benefit for most fitness levels.  It is simple, easy to follow, and dancing works out multiple muscle groups at one time.
