Cauliflower "Buffalo" Wings


I come from the land of deep fried Twinkies, so anything with a golden brown crispy crust sounds wonderful to me.  As a kid we would get fried chicken from every ones favorite chain of Colonel fried for lunch, and I would just eat the crust and skin. 

I now realize how deep fried food affects my health, as does the large amount of meat that we eat, so when I found this recipe, I knew it could save my waistline, and my marriage some trouble.
